The Pavilion at Colac BayText Box: Drink Text Box: Our wines are chosen to complement our food and to bring out the full flavour of both. We primarily have wines from New Zealand wineries - from Montana wines produced in Gisborne and Hawks Bay to Van Ash from Central Otago. We have of course a wide selection of bottled beers and support our local Invercargill breweries. A good wine is smooth to the palate, but in the end every one has their own taste.
